Known issues on the 2005 Corvette. Six recalls sit against this year. The adhesive holding the roof panel to its frame can separate, and a complete separation can let the panel leave the car in traffic; two of the six describe that failure. Rear brake hydraulic lines routed near the exhaust manifold and pipe can grow hot enough to boil the fluid inside, weakening rear braking and risking a leak. Expansion of the underhood bussed electrical center housing can break the low beam relay control circuit and take the low beams out.
