Known issues on the 2002 Savana 3500. NHTSA holds twenty-three owner complaints against this model year. They gather in three places, the electrical system, the service brakes and the body structure, with no single fault dominating the rest. Wiring diagrams that trace circuits end to end are what a shop needs for the first of those, brake specifications and diagnostic procedures for the second, and body fastener torque figures for the third. All of that sits in this manual alongside the engine and chassis sections for the four powerplants listed above.
