The first covers the front driver-side air bag inflator module: Non-Azide Driver Air Bag Inflators lacking phase-stabilized ammonium nitrate propellant can absorb moisture, causing the air bag to deploy improperly and increasing the risk of serious injury or death in a crash. The second covers the engine and engine cooling system: a failure of the timing belt tied to certain aftermarket water pumps can cause the engine to shut down, potentially increasing the risk of a crash. Remedy
