TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 MERCEDES BENZ SL600 EQUIPPED WITH MICHELIN PILOT SPORT TIRES, SIZE: 245/40R18 (NA) IN THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,280. THE DOT NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
