Known issues on the 1999 Navigator. Five recalls are listed for the 1999 Navigator. A recall covering 305 vehicles found that on certain 1999 Navigator vehicles the supplier may have damaged the fuel line assemblies, which could leak and start a fire; dealers inspected and replaced front and rear lines as needed. Certain 1999 Navigator vehicles might be missing, or have a half-seated, retainer clip linking the brake master cylinder pushrod to the pedal, lengthening stopping distances.
