Known issues on the 2019 Navigator. Of the 79 owner complaints lodged for the 2019 Navigator, 22 point to the power train and 21 to the seat belts, with 8 complaints reporting an injury and 3 reporting a crash. The federal record also holds 10 recalls. Front seat belt pretensioners on certain 2019 Navigator vehicles could lock unexpectedly, leaving the belt unable to extend or retract.
