Known issues on the 2015 Navigator. Four recalls name the 2015 Navigator. Certain 2015 Navigator vehicles could have exterior mirror LED logo lights that short circuit, a fire risk; dealers disconnected the light wiring. On certain 2015 Navigator vehicles, the front blower motor behind the glove box could fail and raise the risk of an interior fire. A rearview camera recall also covered certain 2015 Navigator vehicles whose camera could show a blank, distorted or inverted picture in reverse.
