Known issues on the 1994 E-150 Econoline Club Wagon. Six recalls sit on the federal record for the 1994 wagon. A speed control deactivation switch could overheat and cause an underhood fire, a foot-operated parking brake fouling a wire harness might not set fully, and a neon lightbeam transformer could overheat and burn. The remaining three cover aftermarket lamps and a cruise control fuse in the wrong circuit. Owners have filed 385 complaints with NHTSA, overwhelmingly on the service brakes, then engine and engine cooling, then steering. Brake, cooling and steering procedures fill a large part of this manual.
