Known issues on the 1994 G30. Three items stand on the federal record for this year. One addresses vans with the fuel-injected 6.5L diesel, which can respond poorly to the throttle, misfire, crank at length when hot or stall outright. The other two cover replacement filters, a fuel filter able to leak at a bad seal and an oil filter able to drain the engine, each a fire risk. Owners have logged eight complaints, seven of them against the service brakes. Diesel fuel injection diagnostics and the full brake hydraulic specifications are both in this manual.
