Known issues on the 1991 P3500. Federal records list neither a recall nor an owner complaint for the 1991 P3500. With no documented failures to point at, the honest description of this manual is that it explains how the truck goes together and how to take it apart correctly: engine procedures for all five options, specifications and torque values throughout, and wiring diagrams with diagnostic steps covering the cargo van, the cab and chassis, and the motorhome chassis.
