Known issues on the 1991 G2500. There are no recalls on the federal record for the 1991 G2500 and no owner complaints logged with NHTSA, so the year is clean. That puts the emphasis back on service data: fuel, ignition and cooling specifications for the three gasoline engines, service procedures for the 6.2L diesel V8, brake and steering torque values, wiring diagrams for the van's lighting and accessory circuits, and diagnostics for each of those systems, which is what a van still in daily use tends to need.
