Known issues on the 1985 G2500. The 1985 G2500 carries a clean federal record, with no recalls and no owner complaints logged with NHTSA. Its manual earns its keep in maintenance and repair instead, holding specifications and service procedures for the V6, both gasoline V8s and the 6.2L diesel, torque values running through the driveline, brakes, steering and suspension, and wiring diagrams that take in the longer extended bodies as well as the standard van.
