CONSUMER WAS IN ACCIDENT, HE WAS REAR ENDED AND THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR DIDN'T RESTRAIN, CONSUMER HIT HEAD ON THE STEERING . *AK
UPON FRONTAL IMPACT, DRIVERS SHOULDER/LAP BELT FAILED TO RESTRAIN DRIVER. TT
