Known issues on the 1985 LeSabre. A single recall is logged for the 1985 LeSabre. It reached certain 1985 LeSabre vehicles with cruise control and certain gasoline and diesel engines: a small bushing in the cruise servo linkage could work out of position, causing surges in engine speed or run-on after the key was off, and the loose rod could catch and jam the throttle. Replacing the bushing was the fix. Owners filed 5 complaints, split one apiece among the engine and engine cooling, parking brake, hydraulic service brakes, tires and vehicle speed control.
