2025 Acura MDX Service and Repair Manual

For 2025 the MDX receives a refresh: a new front bumper, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google built-in, a redesigned center console and available Bang & Olufsen audio. The trim ladder changes too, with a new A-Spec Advance added and the standard Type S dropped, leaving the Type S Advance as the top model. Six trims share two engines, the 290 hp 3.5L V6 and the Type S's 355 hp turbocharged 3.0L V6, both with a 10-speed automatic. Known issues on the 2025 MDX. Three recalls are on federal record. The center touchscreen can go blank so the rearview camera image does not display, and dealers replace the display unit. The brake pedal pivot pin may not be secured, letting the pedal shift out of position, which calls for inspection or pedal replacement. The front passenger seat weight sensor can crack and short circuit, causing unintended air bag deployment in a crash, and dealers replace the sensors. Owners have also filed 105 complaints.
