2024 Ford Transit-250 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2024 Ford Transit-250 lists six body configurations in Base and PTV trim, with two 3.5L V6 engines, one naturally aspirated on flex-fuel and one turbocharged on gasoline. Known issues on the 2024 Transit-250. Four recalls are attached to this year. Two came from Ford and concern vans repaired with an incorrect steering coupler cover, and rear axles that received too little lubricant, which can lead to tail bearing seizure. A third covers tire contact with the front wheel arch liner and body flange on vans with the Trail package, and the fourth, from a mobility converter, covers wheelchair restraint hardware. Owners have filed 35 complaints with NHTSA, spread thinly across systems. Steering, rear axle and tire clearance procedures, with their torque values and diagnostics, are all documented.
