Known issues on the 2022 Transit-250. Of the eight recalls on this year's federal record, half involve the rearview camera and its display: a camera supplied in a prep kit that will not work as installed, a repeat campaign for vans fixed incorrectly, an image processing module that may not pass the rearview picture through the 360-degree system, and a further camera fault shared with other models. The rest cover a seat belt retractor, vehicle labeling, an upfitter fuel hose and wheelchair restraints. Owners have filed 46 complaints with NHTSA, spread across systems. Camera wiring, display diagnostics and restraint procedures are documented in full.
