2019 Subaru Legacy Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2019 Subaru Legacy applies to six trims: 2.5i, 2.5i Premium, 2.5i Sport, 2.5i Limited, 2.5i Touring and 3.6R Limited. The body is a 4-door sedan throughout. Engine choices are a 2.5L (152 cu in) flat-four or a 3.6L H6, each a naturally aspirated gasoline design with double overhead camshafts. Known issues on the 2019 Legacy. Of the 3 recall campaigns on this model year, the fuel supply accounts for most. Two concern the low-pressure fuel pump: in certain cars the pump could stop working, stalling the engine, possibly without allowing a restart, and dealers replaced it. The third covered certain cars in which spot welds on the duct beneath the cowl panel may have been applied incorrectly, weakening the body structure and raising injury risk in a crash; dealers inspected the cars and, where needed, repaired or repurchased them. Visibility/wiper leads the 123 owner complaints at 49, with the electrical system at 35; 2 complaints reported a crash and 1 a fire.
