Known issues on the 2015 Sierra 3500 HD. Seven recalls sit on the federal record. Two describe a brake pedal pivot nut that can loosen until the pedal goes slack or stops working, and may also foul the accelerator. Two more cover front air bags and belt pretensioners that can fail to fire in a crash. Two others involve roof-rail air bag inflators whose end caps may separate and be launched into the cabin.
