Known issues on the 2015 Spark. Five recalls appear on the federal record. Two describe a secondary hood latch that corrodes at its pivot and stops engaging, so a hood not caught by the primary latch can fly up while the car is driven. The other three concern radios: units that give no chime for an unbuckled belt or a key left in the ignition, and units that lock up and blank the display along with the audio. Owners have logged 83 complaints, 26 on the power train and 8 each on the electrical system and the engine.
