Known issues on the 2015 ATS. Four recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the non-recessed sunroof panel switch, which can be inadvertently pressed and trigger unintended auto-closure of the roof panel. The second covers a bracket between the brake pedal assembly and the actuating rod that can fracture during normal pedal operation, leaving the driver unable to apply the brakes. The third covers the coil antenna module that powers the rear defogger, which can generate excessive heat from repeated or continuous cycling and raise the risk of fire. The fourth covers the front driver-side air bag inflator, which can rupture during deployment and send metal fragments toward the driver or other occupants.
