Known issues on the 2014 A7 Quattro. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the front passenger seat's Passenger Occupant Detection System: stress or wear on the seat's body-sensing mat can cause the PODS control module to malfunction, so the front passenger air bag may not deploy properly in a crash. The second covers the fuel line, which has a compression point that can weaken and lead to a fuel leak near an ignition source, raising the risk of a fire.
