Known issues on the 2010 Ram 2500. Four recalls are recorded for this model year. On certain 2010 Ram 2500 trucks equipped with a column shifter, a long press on the brake pedal in PARK can stick the shift interlock pin open, letting the lever leave PARK without the brake or key. On certain trucks built within a stated production window, the diesel fuel heater's electrical connectors can overheat and let fuel leak, creating a fire risk. Certain four-wheel-drive trucks also had the left tie rod recalled because it could break. Complaints total 236, with steering at 152 and suspension at 32, and 5 complaints reported a crash.
