2010 Chevrolet HHR Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2010 Chevrolet HHR is written for five trims, LS, LS Panel, LT, LT Panel and SS, in two-door and four-door wagon form, with three DOHC inline-fours between them: a turbocharged 2.0L of 122 cubic inches and naturally aspirated flex-fuel 2.2L and 2.4L units of 134 and 145. The turbocharged engine and the flex-fuel pair need separate fuel, ignition and emissions data, and each is given its own specifications, torque values and diagnostic charts.

Known issues on the 2010 HHR. Four recalls sit on the federal record for this model year. A third lets the key come out with the switch not off, so the car can roll away, and the fourth covers replacement switches with the same flaw. Steering dominates the 515 complaints with 231.
