2007 Chevrolet HHR Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2007 Chevrolet HHR has seven trims to keep track of, Comfort LT, Edicion Especial, Elegance LT, LS, LS Panel, LT and LT Panel, across two-door and four-door wagon bodies. Two naturally aspirated DOHC inline-fours are documented, a 2.2L of 134 cubic inches and a 2.4L of 145. Mechanically the range is narrow, so the body electrical sections and the wiring diagrams carry most of the differences between one version and the next.

Known issues on the 2007 HHR. Five recalls stand on this year's federal record. Three run back to the ignition switch: a key that can be pulled out when the switch is not off, letting the car roll; a switch that a loaded key ring can drag from run to accessory, killing the engine; and the result of that, air bags that will not deploy because the ignition is no longer in run. Two more concern head impact protection, one an instrument panel bin door that does not stay shut, one an interior test point exceeded on cars built without roof rail air bags. Steering leads the 726 complaints with 424.
