Three of them share one mechanism: an air bag inflator that can explode instead of inflating cleanly, sending sharp fragments toward whoever is sitting in front of it. The fourth covers aftermarket seat covers made of heavier thread than the seats' side air bags can push through, which can block a bag from deploying fully.
