Three are passenger-side frontal air bag inflator module campaigns: in two of them an inflator rupture may result in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants, and in the third an inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants. Two cover the power window devices and controls, one where the switch overheats, may melt and possibly result in a fire, and one where the sliding electrical contacts are not protected by lubricant. Another covers the front seat belt retractors: in the event of seat belt pretensioner deployment, the gas generated may affect the sound insulators. The remaining two concern labels, one for incorrect load carrying capacity modification labels that could result in the vehicle being overloaded, and one from Southeast Toyota for failing to comply with the federal motor vehicle safety standard covering tire selection and rims, where a driver may overload a vehicle which may increase the risk of a crash.
