1998 Isuzu Trooper Service and Repair Manual
Two major updates define the 1998 Trooper. A new 3.5L DOHC V6 added 25 horsepower and 42 lb-ft of torque over the 3.2L, and Torque-On-Demand four-wheel drive became available, running in rear-wheel drive and sending power forward when slip was detected. The truck was sold as the S with option packages.
