1997 Isuzu Trooper Service and Repair Manual

With four-wheel antilock brakes made standard across the range, the 1997 Trooper was the last to use the 3.2L V6. S, LS and Limited four-door models shared the 190-horsepower engine, shift-on-the-fly four-wheel drive, and a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. Known issues on the 1997 Trooper. Two recalls are on federal record. They cover front hubs built without a lock washer or screws, and left front brake lines installed with inadequate clearance from the upper control arm.
