Known issues on the 1995 Seville. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the fuel delivery hoses, lines and fittings: the nylon fuel rail tubing can degrade and crack, and the unique underhood fuel return line used on 1995 models can crack as well, and a resulting leak in the engine compartment can ignite in the presence of an ignition source. The second covers the air bags, which can deploy without warning due to water intrusion, risking loss of vehicle control. Owners have filed 77 complaints for the year. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
From tracing a fuel line for cracking to inspecting the air bag wiring for water intrusion, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your specific 1995 Seville.
