1992 Chevrolet K3500 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 1992 K3500. Two recalls sit on the federal record for this model year. One is a brake pedal pivot bolt that may be under-tightened and fail to engage the locking material on its threads, so it can back out of its nut and take braking control with it while the truck is moving. The other is a replacement fuel filter that can seal badly at its connection and leak gasoline, which can ignite.
