1990 Chevrolet K2500 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1990 Chevrolet K2500 starts from four engines and works outward. Known issues on the 1990 K2500. The federal record carries three recalls for the 1990 truck. A replacement oil filter can seal badly and let the engine drain its oil. A replacement fuel filter can seal badly at the connection and leak gasoline where an ignition source could reach it. And rear lap-shoulder belts were supplied with incorrect adjustment instructions, so a belt set by them would not restrain an occupant in a crash or hard stop. Three complaints are on record, one each on the suspension, the electrical system and the power train, each with its own diagnostic material here.
