2021 Volvo XC90 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2021 XC90. Owners have filed 36 complaints on the 2021 XC90, 11 on the electrical system, 8 on the engine, 7 on service brakes, 5 on the fuel and propulsion system and 4 on forward collision avoidance; 3 reported a crash and 1 an injury. Seven recalls are recorded by NHTSA for the 2021 XC90. On certain 2021 XC90 plug-in hybrids, a high-voltage battery module could short internally when fully charged and parked, and owners were advised not to charge until it was inspected or replaced.
