Known issues on the 2010 XC90. Fuel leakage is behind one of the 3 recalls recorded for the 2010 XC90. One, covering 2,494 vehicles, involved certain 2010 XC90 SUVs in which fuel could seep where the fuel line meets a connector, creating a fire risk near the right front wheel; dealers read the date code on the line and replaced the fuel pressure line if it fell in the affected range. Another concerned certain vehicles with a Garmin 760 portable navigation unit whose battery could overheat.
