It covered certain 2011 XC90 vehicles built within a limited production window, in which power steering fluid could seep where an oil pipe joins the steering gear valve housing, causing a sudden loss of power assist; dealers replaced the oil pipes on the steering rack. Owners have filed 19 complaints: 5 on the electrical system, 5 on the engine, 3 on the power train, and 2 each on the engine and engine cooling and seat belts.
