2021 Chrysler Pacifica Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica counts both Pinnacle and Hybrid Pinnacle among 11 trims for the 4-door mini passenger van. Five of those trims carry the Hybrid label. Known issues on the 2021 Pacifica. Six recalls are recorded for the 2021 Pacifica. On certain 2021 Pacifica plug-in hybrid vehicles, the battery pack could start a fire while the van sat parked and off, and owners were told to park outside, away from structures, and hold off on charging until it was repaired. On certain 2021 Pacifica vehicles, the second-row seat floor latch could bind open so the seat would not lock down. On certain others, radio software could stop the rearview image from appearing. Electrical faults lead the list at 162 of the 394 complaints, while 11 complaints reported a crash, 8 an injury and 1 a fire. That leaves the plug-in hybrid system, second-row seats and electrical system, handled with procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics.
