Known issues on the 2019 GLE350. Two recalls apply to the 2019 GLE350, both centered on the emergency call system. In certain vehicles, a software fault in the communication module's SIM card could break the connection to the mobile network, so occupants would have no way to reach the emergency call center. In certain others, the module's software might pass along the wrong vehicle position after a crash, sending help to the wrong place.
