Known issues on the 2019 E300. Eight recalls on the federal record cover this year. One affected certain cars with the gasoline engine, where debris caught between the fuel rail and injectors during assembly could let fuel escape and start a fire near hot engine or exhaust parts; dealers replaced the rail and injectors. Another concerned certain cars whose reversing camera could show no picture because of a software fault, and a third certain cars whose telematics SIM software could lose the mobile connection and knock out emergency calling. Of 29 owner complaints, seat belts account for 7; 3 complaints reported a crash and 3 reported an injury. Fuel, camera and telematics procedures and wiring diagrams are included.
