Known issues on the 2013 X1. With three engines in the book, the engine sections are the ones to read carefully, since torque values, clearances, cooling capacities and diagnostic parameters differ between the four and the two sixes. Everything downstream is more consistent: gearbox, transfer case and axle repair, steering work with the alignment figures that go with it, brake hydraulics and stability control diagnosis, heating and air conditioning, and circuit diagrams with fault-tracing steps for the restraint, lighting and body control modules.
