2000 Isuzu F-Series Service and Repair Manual

The FRR is back on the federal model list for 2000, and it now shares the 7.8-liter 6HK1-TC inline-six turbodiesel with the FTR and FVR. Known issues on the 2000 F-Series. Three recalls are on federal record. Two cover TRW tie-rod and drag-link ball sockets with below-specification case depth or hardness that can wear prematurely and cost steering control. The third addresses manual-transmission tilt cabs whose clutch master-cylinder pushrod end can wear until the clutch pedal sticks down or the clutch engages on its own.
