Known issues on the 1996 Stealth. A lone recall is logged for the 1996 Stealth. It targeted certain 1996 Stealth vehicles with all-wheel drive in which oil could leak out of the transfer case. Running the case low on oil risked bearing damage and a locked drive train, which raises the chance of a crash. The remedy began with an inspection: cars without leaks received fresh transfer case oil, and leaking cases were resealed or replaced. Owners filed 1 complaint, on the power train.
