Known issues on the 1994 T100. One recall is on federal record for this model year, and it covers the steering linkage relay rod. It applies to certain pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles in which the steering wheel is repeatedly turned under conditions where high steering effort and power assist are required; if the vehicle continues to be operated in that condition, the relay rod may fracture. Owners have filed 22 complaints against the 1994 T100, and Toyota has issued 11 technical service bulletins.
