1994 Ford LTL9000 Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 1994 Ford LTL9000 adds the turbocharged 10.8L inline-six (661 cu in) to make five diesels: the turbocharged 10.0L (611 cu in), 14.6L (893 cu in), 10.8L and 14.0L (855 cu in) inline-sixes and the 10.3L six-cylinder (629 cu in). Body styles are still the long-conventional straight truck and the long-conventional tractor truck in Base trim. The 10.8L is the year's addition, and its procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics are the material that separates the 1994 manual from the year before.

Known issues on the 1994 LTL9000. One recall is on federal record for the 1994 LTL9000, in the electrical system. The wiring connector where the lamps mounted on the tilt hood join the vehicle harness was built without sealing plugs, allowing moisture, road salt and other contaminants to enter. No owner complaints are logged with NHTSA for this model year. That connector is a wiring-diagram and diagnostics matter in the manual, whose procedures, specifications and torque values also cover the five diesels and both long-conventional chassis.
