1991 Ford LT9000 Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 1991 Ford LT9000 keeps the five-engine lineup of the year before: the 10.5L six-cylinder (638 cu in), the turbocharged 10.0L inline-six (611 cu in), the turbocharged 14.0L inline-six (855 cu in), the turbocharged 14.6L inline-six (893 cu in) and the 10.3L six-cylinder (629 cu in). What changes is the chassis list, which loses the low-tilt tractor and returns to the medium-conventional tractor truck and straight truck in Base trim. For 1991, then, the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics are about the same engines in fewer configurations.

Known issues on the 1991 LT9000. There are no recalls on federal record for the 1991 LT9000 and no owner complaints logged with NHTSA, so the year stands clean. The manual still has to carry the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics for the 10.5L and 10.3L six-cylinders and the three turbocharged inline-sixes, in both the tractor and straight-truck versions of the medium-conventional chassis, and that is where its use lies.
