1986 Ford LTD Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1986 Ford LTD lists six trims, the most of any LTD year in this group: Base, Brougham, Country Squire, Country Squire LX, Crown Victoria and Crown Victoria LX. Known issues on the 1986 LTD. One recall is on federal record for the 1986 LTD, and it concerns aftermarket fuel pumps rather than a factory part: certain replacement pumps had diaphragms that were improperly installed or inadequately tested and may leak, with a vehicle fire the possible result.
