I PURCHASED A SET OF 4 OF THESE TIRES ON 7/20/99 WHEN MY TRUCK HAD 159,588 MILES. THE BELTS/TREAD ARE SEPARATING WHICH I FIRST NOTICE AS A BUMPY RIDE. THE FIRST TIRE FAILED AT 167,514 MILES ON 07/13/0
