2025 Ram 1500 Service and Repair Manual

There is no HEMI V8 in the 2025 Ram 1500. Instead, the Hurricane twin-turbo 3.0L inline-six arrives in standard- and high-output forms alongside the 3.6L eTorque mild-hybrid V6, and the lineup grows to include Warlock, Tungsten and the off-road RHO. Tradesman, Big Horn, Lone Star, Rebel, Laramie, Limited Longhorn, Limited and Special Service versions complete the range. Known issues on the 2025 1500. Eight recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Ram 1500. Damaged front wheel hub encoder rings can disable the stability control system; incorrect headlight module software may make the headlights inoperative; a software error may display an incorrect tire inflation pressure message; and another software fault may leave the instrument cluster display blank. The other four cover a trailer tow module that may fail to light the trailer or apply its brakes, instrument panel display software that may fail, improperly installed second-row seat belt buckle anchors, and radio software that may stop the rearview camera image displaying.
