2025 Lincoln Aviator Service and Repair Manual

A mid-cycle refresh reshaped the 2025 Lincoln Aviator: a raised mesh grille, full-width LED lighting, a 13.2-inch center screen with a 12.4-inch gauge cluster, and the Grand Touring plug-in hybrid gone from the range. Known issues on the 2025 Aviator. Fifteen recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Aviator. The rearview camera image may fail once speed reaches 10 mph, a condition fixed with a module software update. Transmission cross member bolts may be loose, and a front subframe mounting bolt may have been tightened improperly. A transmission valve body machined incorrectly can cause reverse gear failure or unexpected forward movement. The other eleven cover a missing air bag label, second-row easy-entry seat switches and seat belt anchor bolts, rear door trim adhesive, window pinch force, trailer tail lights and hitch bolts, windshield air bubbles, camera-module resets and an unoccupied driver's seat that may recline.
