Known issues on the 2025 Ranger. Thirteen recalls are on federal record for this model year. They include front upper control arm ball joint fasteners that may be missing or loose, loose or missing driver's seat frame bolts, an incorrectly configured instrument panel that hides warning lights, and electric brake booster module faults (two campaigns) that can cut power assist.
