Known issues on the 2023 G550. The federal record holds three recalls for certain 2023 G550 vehicles. Certain examples fitted with a replacement door latch at a service visit or earlier recall repair could have faulty parts in the right-side rear latch that keep the rear doors from closing securely or opening as they should, so a door might look shut yet open on the move, or refuse to open from inside. On certain vehicles the air-conditioning may have been filled with the wrong refrigerant, which could leak in a crash and raise the fire risk; dealers replaced it. Certain vehicles were also recalled because the fuel pump could shut down and cut drive power, and dealers replaced the pump.
